Return Policy

Thank you for choosing Next Turn! We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item for an exchange. Please review the guidelines below for our return policy.

RETURNS

• All returns must be postmarked within three (3) days of the purchase date.
• Items should be in new, unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return:

1. Email our customer service team at contact@nextturn.store to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Once you have the RMA number, securely package the item in its original packaging, include the RMA number, item, and receipt, and mail it to the following address:

• Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method
Exchanges

After receiving and inspecting your item, we will process the exchange. Allow at least five (5) business days from the receipt of your item for processing. We will notify you by email once the return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged items, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange.
